Orders will be processed within 48 hours. All domestic orders will ship via UPS ground, unless expedited shipping methods are selected. Please anticipate 3-4 business days for orders to arrive. International orders will be shipped via USPS and take 7-10 business days.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product we will happily exchange it. Just email us or call us with your request and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.

We're sorry, but shoes and clothing that have been worn cannot be returned. We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.

For full price items, if you would prefer a refund, please ship the item to us within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt.

Sale items and items purchased as a special promotion are final sale.
